A 17-YEAR-old Chester yob has been stopped in his tracks after he was given an anti-social behaviour order.
The order, which comes with 14 conditions, was made at Chester Magistrates’ Court on April 14.
Joseph Henry, of Treborth Road, Blacon, described as “abusive, threatening and intimidating”, will have to adhere to the order until July 2011.
It will see him banned from associating with a list of five named people, entering the area of the Parade shops in Blacon, throwing anything at any building, vehicle or person and vandalising any building or structure internally and externally.
He is also banned from climbing any wall or structure and from encouraging others to behave in an anti-social manner.
