Thugs kicked Chester family’s cat to death

HEARTLESS thugs have kicked a family pet to death in the latest of a spate of attacks in the area.
Three-year-old long-haired cat Bella died yesterday following the vicious attack last Friday.
Her owner Caroline Povey, of Tudor Green, Blacon, got Bella three years ago from a rescue centre.
Caroline said: “She was such a lovely character, so loving and kind-natured. She had a litter of kittens two years ago and one of her kittens still lives with me. She’s been pining for her mum, it’s heartbreaking.
“I hand fed Bella and tried to make her as comfortable as possible but she just went downhill so quickly. She must have been in absolute agony.”
