Youngsters show a healthy attitude

A HIGH school joined the school meals revolution.

But one of the driving forces was Jamie Crawford rather than Jamie Oliver.

The menu had a whole new look after pupils at St David’s High in Saltney had the chance to suggest mouthwatering and healthy dishes of their own to be served at lunchtime.

Among those who came up with prize-winning meals were Jamie and other winners Katie Woodham, Amy Aspinall, Molly Connor and Laura Williams who were all congratulated by an admiring Amy Keown, St David’s school cook.
