SAS Daniels LLP Women in Business award
THE first-ever woman president of the Electrical Contractors Association in its 109-year history was presented with the SAS Daniels LLP Women in Business award.
Diane Johnson works with her husband in the family-run business of Eric Johnson of Northwich Ltd, which has been trading for 64 years.
She holds the position of financial director.
Diane’s role with Electrical Contractors Association is seen as a great achievement in a male-dominated industry. She started at the bottom level and worked her way up from branch level through to the chairman of the North West region and then on to the national board, working her way up to her current role as president.
She has a passion for training and the re-training of people who have lost their jobs.
