McColl’s newsagents, Saltney, hosts official launch day following expansion

A SALTNEY newsagents celebrated the official launch of its new bigger and better premises on Saturday.

Martin McColl’s, Chester Road, has recently extended its store to accommodate more shopping space.

Visiting customers were treated to free goody bags and balloons with each purchase, while Bertie Bassett from Cadbury World guest starred.

Store manager Susana Harrop said: “This was the official launch of the extended shop. It has been revamped and there is extra space in what used to be our store room.

“We can now offer more to the customer and offer better deals.”

The newsagents has continued to provide special deals for each day this week, such a free bottle of wine when customers spend £5 in store.
