Celebrity chef Simon Rimmer to host event at Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa

CELEBRITY chef Simon Rimmer will be co-hosting a ‘Ready, Steady, Learn to Cook’ event at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa next month.

The event will see executive head chef Leigh Myers and chef Simon Rimmer, known for his numerous TV appearances including Something for the Weekend and Great British Menu, treat guests to a fun-filled evening of entertainment and enlightenment, as they experience live cookery demonstrations from Leigh and Simon, plus a tantalising three-course meal.

Throughout the demonstrations, the chefs will share their top tips for creating the perfect dinner party at home. Diners will also sample and receive advice on choosing complimentary wines.

Leigh said: “These events offer fantastic value for money, as diners get a fun night out, they also learn tricks of the trade and enjoy delicious food and wine in a wonderful atmosphere.

“I’m really looking forward to working alongside Simon. With his experience of both cooking and presenting he’ll be a fantastic addition to the evening. It’s bound to be very popular.”

Tickets for the event on September 23 cost just £45 for a minimum of three alcoholic drinks, cooking demonstration and three course meal followed by coffee and chocolates.

Diners can extend the evening and take advantage of a special accommodation rate of £55.00 per person.
