Elton pre-school children help launch new Spa shop in village
PUPILS from Elton Pre-school were a cut above the rest as special guests at the launch of the new Spar shop in the village on Friday.
The youngsters were invited to the new store on Elton Shopping Precinct and cut the ribbon to officially mark the opening of the store, which provides groceries and newspapers.
Shop manager John Kelly welcomed Emma McKeown and her pupils Phoebe Rae and Shane Jarvis, who were chosen to cut the ribbon to mark the official opening.
