A SPECIAL guest provided a licence to thrill at the opening of the new Asda Living store in Broughton Shopping Park.
Daniel Craig 007 lookalike, Stephen Wright, strolled down the red carpet to open the brand-new shop with staff selected to accompany him as his Bond girls.
The first two shoppers in line at the opening Anthea Griffiths from Broughton and Ian and Lynn Giles from Chester, were presented with a £50 voucher from store manager Ray Nicholls.
A VIP tour was given to guests including chairman of Flintshire County Council, Quentin Dodd and Alyn and Deeside MP Mark Tami and AM Carl Sargeant.
Asda Living sells George clothing, health and beauty goods, stationery, music, home furnishings and accessories, dining ware and more.
The former Woolworths store was converted to create an additional floor for the new shop.
