BiG launch for range of new office suites

NEW offices on the outskirts of the city centre had a big send off.

BiG Storage held a “breakfast and bucks-fizz” to launch a range of office suites at its premises in Sealand Road, with a little help from BiG Storage Cheshire Jets’ 6ft 7in American forward, James Hamilton.

The official opening was also supported by many of BiG Storage’s self-storage and business tenants.

The fully serviced offices offer 24 units ranging from 200sq ft up to 1,000sq ft.

They are said to be ideal for businesses which are looking to operate in a professional environment, without having to pay city centre premium rates.

BiG Storage says the offices have been launched in response to customer demand.

Although some of the existing office suite tenants are also self-storage customers, the offices can be obtained as 'stand alones', with the option of ancillary storage, if required.

“Self-storage is used by a wide range of business and domestic customers,” explained director, Andrew Donaldson.

“As well as merely storing goods, customers are using their units to implement their businesses, such as on-line selling and fulfilment, mail order and generally as an office base.

“As the customer needs have grown they have approached us to develop our offering in order to accommodate their additional requirements, something we are able to do with our structure of operation and flexibility.”

BiG Storage says that as its emphasis is very much on quality and the creation of a professional environment and service, the building fit out in general has been completed to such a high specification that the transformation and fit out of office units has been a natural progression.
