A CHESHIRE lawyer addressed Parliament on plans to abolish the Child Support Agency and transfer powers to a proposed Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission (C-MEC).

Partner of Frodsham law firm Forshaws LLP Stephen Lawson was invited to submit his comments to the Joint Committee on Human Rights.

These comments were subsequently published as part of the Joint Committee’s Report on Legislative Scrutiny.
