Firefighters called to incident at Convivio on Grosvenor Road

RUSH hour traffic in the centre of Chester found itself caught up in a fire drama.
Cheshire Fire Service was called to Grosvenor Road just after 7am today (Monday, September 28) to deal with an incident at the Convivio restaurant.
Firefighters were on the roof tackling the blaze as smoke came pouring out around the area of the clock tower.
Emergency services staff on the scene said they were too busy to confirm the cause of the fire.
