Speed limit on Eaton road cut to 30mph

THE speed limit on the C631 Royal Lane in Eaton, near Tarporley, has been reduced from 60mph to 30mph.

It follows a speed limit review and covers a 54-metre stretch of road between Edgewell Lane and south of the Jessie Hughes Institute Village Hall.

New signs and road markings have been put in place.
