Drivers escaped with minor injuries after crash in New Crane Street, Chester

POLICE closed New Crane Street in Chester on Wednesday night after three cars crashed.
Nobody was seriously injured in the accident, which happened just before 9pm.
Two cars, a black Volkswagen Golf and a red Alfa Romeo, suffered major damage and a third car, a Toyota Prius, was also damaged.
Police closed New Crane Street between Catherine Street and Chester Racecourse to clear debris from the road while paramedics attended to the occupants.
A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: "Fortunately, the crash only resulted in minor injuries and there was no need to take anyone to hospital."
