A55 blocked at Broughton after trailer overturns

THE eastbound carriageway of the A55 southerly bypass was blocked at Broughton after a trailer carrying a car overturned.
The trailer was being towed by a Land Rover when it went out of control about 11.30am on Tuesday, September 9.
A spokeswoman for North Wales Police said it was fortunate that nobody was injured. Diversions were put in place causing congestion although the dual carriageway was reopened by 2.40pm.
