Frodsham driver charged with causing death of Leslie Cardus

A 34-YEAR-OLD Frodsham man was yesterday (Thursday) charged with causing death by dangerous driving, careless driving while unfit to drive through drink and failure to stop.
The charges relate to the death of Leslie Cardus, 79, who was hit and killed on Fluin Lane, Frodsham in January.
The man is on police bail and will appear before Chester Magistrates Court on August 8.
