CONTROVERSIAL former Chester striker Paul Taylor has been on trial at Belgian First Division giants Anderlecht after reviving his career on the continent.
The 22-year-old was loaned to the Blues from Vauxhall Motors last season until a failed drugs test killed off plans for a permanent move.
But after serving a six-month ban, Taylor has been plying his trade at Royal Racing Club Montegnée in the Belgian Promotion D league, the equivalent of League Two.
And such has been his impact this season, Anderlecht have had a look at the forward, proposing a one-and-a-half year deal when the transfer window reopens in January.
