CITY suffered a gut-wrenching 2-1 derby defeat at home to Wrexham in the Puma Youth Alliance on Tuesday.

The young Blues fell behind but restored parity moments before the break when James Owen took full advantage of a defensive mix-up.

Chances came and went for both sides in the second half, but it was the Dragons who won it three minutes into injury-time when the prolific Obi Anoruo struck.
