European football beckons for Murphy

JOHN Murphy could feature in this season’s Uefa Cup after St Pat’s Athletic defeated JFK Olimps 2-0 in the first qualifying round last night.
Murphy signed for the Dublin club from the Blues yesterday afternoon before they secured the victory, which gave them a 3-0 aggregate win and put them into the draw for the second qualifying round.
