Cheshire Jets: BBL impressed with trio as club continue dialogue with council over new arena

THE BBL did not only select Gareth Murray from the Jets for Team of the Week.
Despite missing three months of competitive action, centre Matt Schneck forced himself into the reckoning with a game-high 25 points in his comeback game at Guildford Heat.
Quemont Greer, the Jets’ stand-out player recently, made the bench.
Meanwhile, as fans await news on the Jets’ new home, the club confirmed talks with Cheshire West and Chester Council are ongoing.
The Chronicle understands the club is awaiting grant funding approval from Sport England and England Basketball for the project.
