BBL Championship: Sky commentary role offers Smith chance to spy on Sheffield Sharks

A FREE weekend has given Paul Smith a unique opportunity to spy on a rival team this weekend.

Smith has been asked to co-commentate for the first televised match of the BBL Championship’s new broadcasting deal with Sky Sports.

And the game just happens to be Sheffield Sharks v Newcastle Eagles, allowing Smith a close look at the Sharks before they come to the Northgate Arena on Sunday, November 7.

Smith will be offering expert colour commentary for the featured as-live match on the BBL highlights show, which will be aired on Tuesday at 5.30pm on Sky Sports 4.
